Cherry Beach and The Distillery District – What perfect place to have an engagement session than where they got engaged and where they had their first date.
For their first date, Meagan and Blair took a stroll through the Distillery Christmas Market. The cold weather, the twinkly lights and the smell of spiced cider filling the air provided the perfect setting to fall in love.
After a quick walk through the Distillery District, we headed to Cherry Beach to chase the sunset and enjoy some time away from the hoards of people.
The exact spot Blair proposed. <3
ABOUT CHERRY BEACH
Formerly called Clarke Beach Park, Cherry beach is a sought after location for engagement photos. Because it’s a lakeside beach park you get the best of water views and lots of greenery. There’s a cute life guard station that’s painted white and lovely once the sun sets. The waterfront is also a great spot to shoot in early spring. It’s typically not a nice time of year to shoot outside due to the lack of leaves.
